Overall Policy Information
- Overall policy:
- 2-DAY WAITING PERIOD
- NO BREED EXCLUSIONS
- Age limitation at inception: from 8 weeks.
- Waiting periods: no waiting period.
- Claims are processed within 72 hours.
- Payments are paid to the vet or the policyholder.
- EXCESS: A 15% excess fee for every claim, with a minimum of R250 per claim.

What We Cover
Accidents resulting from:
- Motor vehicle accidents.
- Burns, electrocution.
- Falls from elevated position.
- Near drowning.
- Injuries due to actions of another animal.
- A swallowed or embedded foreign object requiring surgical or endoscopic removal.
- Snake bites.
- An allergic reaction to an insect bite other than tick or flea bites.
- Biliary (tick bite fever).
- Accidental poisoning.
- Accidents resulting in fractured bones, puncture wounds, ligament/tendon injuries, lacerations, abrasions, wounds.
- Gastric torsion.
