- CATS: 8 weeks - 15 years
- DOGS: 8 weeks - 12 years
- NO BREED EXCLUSIONS
- Waiting periods: 30 days from start date of policy.
- Claims: Processed within 72 hours.
- Payments: Paid to the vet or the policyholder.
- PET CARE LITE (Optional Add-on):
- Pays up to a maximum of R1000.00 per policy year towards the costs of:
- Vaccination
- Dental scale and polish
- Sterilization
- Microchipping
- Deworming
- Tick and flea prevention and treatment
- Socialisation and puppy classes/training
- Treatment listed under 8.8, 8.10, 8.11 and 8.12 under “what we do not cover”
