- Age limitation at inception: 8 weeks to 8 years.
- Waiting periods: 30 days from start date of policy.

- Claims are processed within 72 hours.
- Payments are paid to the vet or the policyholder.

A 60 Day waiting period is applicable.
R1500.00 per policy per year paid towards:
- Chronic treatment and medication
- Tick and flea prevention and treatment
- Vaccination
- Dental scale and polish
- Sterilization
- Microchipping
- Deworming
- Socialisation and puppy classes/training
- Points 6.8-6.11 in the Policy Wording
are also covered under Pet Care Benetfits.
Note: This benefit is pro-rata from inception for policies incepting after 1 October until renewal in the first policy year.
